Good Intent woman found murdered in home

A 62-year- old woman was found dead with multiple stab wounds in her Murphy Street, Good Intent, West Bank Demerara (WBD) Thursday morning.

The dead woman has been identified as Jennifer Anderson, also known as Judith.

Based on reports, about 10:30h the woman’s daughter went to the home to collect her 4-year-old daughter who was being kept by Anderso when she discovered her mother lying motionless on the bed and alerted neighbours.

Reports also indicate that the 4-year-old was also injured.

Police are investigating the matter. The body is currently at the Ezekiel Funeral Home awaiting a postmortem examination.
