A twenty one year old pedal cyclist died Friday night following a collision with a motor car on the #8 Village public road in the West Coast of Berbice. Reports are that the deceased Shemar Nurse was riding his bicycle on the roadway around 1900 hrs when he was hit by a motor car. He was rushed to the Fort Wellington  Hospital where he died while receiving  treatment.The driver of the motor car is in police custody assisting with investigations.
