17-year-old Haresh Singh, who was found dead on a backdam on West Coast Berbice, died from blunt trauma to the head.

The Pathologist found the cause of death to be “Brain Hemorrhage” and “Blunt Trauma” to the head, compounded by compression injuries to the neck.

The body was hand over to the relatives for burial.
Singh was found dead days after two other Berbice youths 16-year-old Isaiah and 18-year-old Joel Henry were found slaughtered. Singh is reportedly the grandson of a suspect in custody for the murder of the teens.

The police are yet to reveal any leads on the initial murders which many have described as gruesome and likely linked to racial discrimination.
