The Ministry of Public Health Monday evening confirmed Guyana’s 16th COVID-19 related death, a release stated.
The person is 76-year-old female, May Portsmouth who passed away on Sunday at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation. Sincere condolences are extended to her family, relatives and friends, the ministry stated.
The Ministry of Public Health Sunday morning confirmed Guyana’s 15th COVID-19 related death. Also on Sunday the ministry had confirmed the death of Donna Greaves, a 25 year old female of Lethem. She died at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation. She was admitted to the ICU on July 1.
