Dear Editor,

In a recent letter to the media this “johnny come lately” continues to use statistics, numbers, and words to bamboozle readers, and he is daily being “called out” for constant misrepresentations and bullying in chats, print and social media, by many persons who are much smarter, more educated, more experienced, more balanced, and more cultured.

Labour Day Divide: Patronage, Power, and the Betrayal of Workers

These PPP types with self-appointed titles and designations, cannot handle the truth, so they resort to personal attacks. This PPP playbook, is known to the US DEA, Homeland Security, FBI, et al. Watch which Ministers and others are not travelling ? fear of indictments for massive corruption and money laundering? Do  have some evidence.

A reminder to the Bhagwandin’s propaganda types, a QUOTE on LIES and STATISTICS “ It is the British prime minister Benjamin Disraeli who is famously credited with the phrase: “There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics” but the expression has been around almost as long as the word statistics (first coined in 1749 for those wondering).

Time will tell on the accuracies of my comments on President Ali’s recent trip to China. Who knows know. Do have very privileged information. Gave my alert for a better Guyana. The Balls in PPP and USA Courts.

According to the KN reference link with headline, am not a convicted felon. It is an SEC Civil Action/administrative Case, for 1998, 1999 and 2000, for 3 years, 36 months, whilst I served as Controller for 15 months. July 2000, I was no longer with the Company, and could not secure costing and accounting documentary records evidence, to rebut the SEC claim, so my Attorney agreed to a fine without admission of guilt. There was no court case, and no Judge, and NO Conviction.

I chose not to sue KN for slander and defamation, for their article and headline. Many Attorneys in Guyana advised me, to sue KN.  Do know KN is doing an important informational service and as a Servant Leader am expected to be tolerant.

I voted in ALL the USA Elections, County, State and Federal;  2014 to 2015 served on 3 Town Boards and 3 Town Committees with Oaths of Offices in North Carolina.  A Notary Public in North Carolina, with Commission expiration on February 12, 2020.

September 10, 2016, Stabroek News, link, “ Dr Shamir Ally explains SEC charge” will be informative to the reader.

https://www.stabroeknews.com/2016/09/10/news/guyana/dr-shamir-ally-explains-sec-charge/

My challenge to the PPP and Bhagwandin is for a public debate on the SEC item, with a person who worked as a Controller, with a manufacturing AMEX or NYSE, or NASDAQ Publicly listed USA Corporation. Am confident ALL will be wiser on KN and PPP peddlers’ inaccuracies. Globespan could be an excellent host.

Whilst the Bhagwandin types are heavy on propaganda, my deliverables and outcomes are in the public domain, during my 2016 to 2020 tenure with approximately USD $1 Billion dollars, credit and grant to Guyana. Which PPP Ambassador can match with evidence ?

  1. Islamic Development Bank USD $900 Million Credit and Grant 2018-2022
  2. Kuwait Debt 67% Write off  USD $50.7 Million
  3. KFAED USD $1.6 Million for Belfield to Rosignol Road.

Whilst serving in Kuwait, APNU-AFC and Ambassador served ALL in Guyana.

3 HIGH PPP persons asked for my support to be UAE Consul in Guyana, another wanted Saudi Investment, and the 3rd. a larger Kuwait contract from KFAED USD $1.6 Million for the EC Road.   Ambassador Dr. Shamir supported all three and have the emails evidence. Which PPP Ambassador or Minister or VP or Prime Minister or President, can match this type of balance in decision making to the Opposition Party?

Assurances of my highest consideration.

Dr. Shamir Ally
