Twenty-five-year-old Brian Morrison, a soldier of Lot 841 Carine Housing Scheme West Coast Demerara was on 2023-06-12 arrested, and charged on 2023-06-16 for Murder Contrary to Common Law committed on Tevon Daymon.
He appeared at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrate’s Court #1 before Senior Magistrate Sunil Scarce where the charge was read to him and he was not required to plea to the indictable charge. Hence he was remanded to prison.
The matter was adjourned to the 31st July, 2023 for disclosure of statement.
