Ministry of Human Services and Social Security issues notice to public assistance applicants and pensioners

The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security (MOHSS) published a notice via their Facebook page to public assistance applicants and pensioners.

The post said, “Please be advised that all APPROVED public assistance applicants will be contacted between Dec 5th and 9th to uplift your public assistance books.”

Further, it states that the Public Assistance books will be available from December 14th, 2022.

Pensioners who did not uplift their $28,000 one-off grant, are advised that the final days to uplift the grant are the 12th & 13th of December, 2022.

This grant is to be collected at the Ministry’s Regional offices.

After the 13th, persons will no longer be able to uplift this grant.
