President Irfaan Ali on 15th November dispatched a letter (see below) to Letitia Wright inviting her to Guyana. 29-year-old Letitia played Shuri in the Black Panther and the sequel Black Panther:Wakanda Forever. Hers was the role of the techno-savvy genius little sister of the late Chadwick Boseman’s King T’Challa. In Wakanda Forever she played the role of lead scientist and the princess of the country.
According to Ali, he was moved when Letitia mentioned Guyana in an interview and how much she wants to make Guyana proud. Refer to letter
