Gouveia’s Attack on MV Barima Captain Is ‘Appalling’

Dear Editor,

After sending a letter earlier today, a post on the Barima issue by national security adviser to the president Captain Gerry Gouveia, came to my attention, his attack on the captain of the vessel is appalling. As a youngster growing up in Lodge, the area Gouveia came from, we all felt proud and held him in high esteem. He ought to be ashamed of himself and he is a disappointment to those who once, but can no longer admire him.
