The Guyana Independence Celebration Committee New York has launched a competition for graphic design artists to design a logo for the New York celebration of Guyana’s Diamond Jubilee Anniversary of  Independence on June 7, 2026. 
 
The theme of the Celebration is “Feel The Riddim Of The Nation @ Sixty.” The winner will receive US $1,000.00. The deadline for logo  submissions is March 7, 2026. 
 
Graphic design artists who wish to participate in the logo competition must first register with the committee at guyanaindependencecomnyc@gmail.com, or call 347-282-8551.
