Dear Win Supporters,

This fight is not yours today, tomorrow and onwards. The duo who were U.S. sanctioned and indicted will show up in court and who knows what lay ahead. There is one certainty – they will be handed over to the U.S. Government for trial in U.S. Federal Court.

In the event they are handed over this week, next month or months later to the U.S. Government, you need to stay calm and let them answer their charges in U.S. Federal Court.

The charges are very serious ones due to various illegal activities and transactions passing through the U.S. on numerous occasions with linked to the Middle East and other criminal syndicates. The U.S. is not Guyana. Do not forget there were allegations about drug running, support for middle eastern groups, money laundering for various groups and more. Do not forget there was a Government of Guyana official sanctioned as well, after her phones and computers were seized by the U.S. Government at a U.S. Airport. Do not forget the duo were sanctioned along with a government official in Guyana by the Biden Administration and then the duo was indicted by the Trump Administration – two successive U.S. governments on opposite political spectrums. Do not forget there are probably more possible sealed indictments waiting for the duo in U.S. Federal Court. This is serious stuff and you should not expect the Trump Administration to back down. Especially now that there is a U.S. carrier strike group off Guyana, Trinidad and Venezuela fighting the drug cartels and who knows what else. Also, the U.S. Government hardline stance on drug running in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela  and the pacific. 

When the U.S. Government seeks you for the sort of transnational crimes they are alleged to be involved in – the U.S. Government will not back down. There is a good chance they could be renditioned as early as this week or shortly thereafter. The due process in Guyana could last many years due to the deliberately broken and corrupt system in Guyana, the Trump Administration will not wait many years for the Guyana courts to operate at a snail’s pace and be subjected to corrupt processes.

The Government of Guyana were under pressure to deliver the U.S. sanctioned and indicted duo over to the U.S. Government several weeks ago. You must understand that the Government of Guyana doesn’t want the U.S. sanctioned and indicted duo to travel to the U.S. and be convicted in a U.S. Federal Court. There are too many risks for the Government of Guyana and many other powerful persons in Guyana should the indicted duo leave these shores. 

You must remember the following events did occur:

1. A Reuters special report stated U.S. government agencies (Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Homeland Security and others) are investigating the Mohameds for suspected money-laundering, drug trafficking, illegally mined gold export and more which passed through Florida and the U.S. territories.

2. The same reporting shows that U.S. officials had warned ExxonMobil about doing business with the indicted duo in late 2021 through early 2022, prior to their indictments.

3. In June 2024, the U.S. Treasury imposed sanctions on their companies over allegations of fraud, bribery, tax evasion and illegally exported gold.

4. In 2025, the duo were indicted by the U.S. Government for several transnational crimes and more which seem to be under seal in U.S. Federal Court.

The actions of the U.S. Government isn’t political persecution by the Government of Guyana as being claimed by the indicted duo. This is absolutely not true. Please look at the time lines and the facts. The U.S. Government is protecting its money supply and the yankee dollar from transnational criminal activities and more. 

To all good citizens of Guyana, we must not be misled by clever media campaign, protests or rallies. The indictments against the duo are serious and must be addressed in U.S. Federal Court. Let them go to court and address the charges, if they are innocent and want transparency.

FYI, I wouldn’t be surprised if the U.S. Government moves to sanction officials in Guyana or apply tariffs, if they are frustrated by their ability to get the indicted duo to stand trial in U.S. Federal Court. The U.S. Government is exerting tremendous pressure on the Government of Guyana to pick up the U.S. indicted duo. This is not any lobbying group as is being claimed by others.
