My young brothers and sisters, and all those who once stood firm with APNU—this is the time to reflect on your struggle and your sacrifices. Many of you crossed over to the PPP or WIN, but I urge you: do not forget the hardship you endured to put bread and butter on your family’s table, while the same WIN was benefitting under the very PPP that kept you down.

Remember the old Guyanese saying: “𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐞𝐠𝐠, 𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐞𝐠𝐠.” The PPP and WIN are no different. Their nature cannot change. They will continue to use you for their gain while your future suffers.
