Fmr President Granger extends condolences on passing of Fmr. Minister Oscar Clarke

I am deeply saddened at the death of Mr. Oscar Clarke CCH, on Wednesday 15^th May, 2024.

Mr. Clarke, a longstanding member and former General Secretary of the People’s National Congress, served with distinction as a Member of Parliament, Minister, High Commissioner and City Councilor. He was awarded the Cacique’s Crown of Honour for his distinguished public service in 2015.

I extend my sincere condolences to his widow, Mrs. Linda Clarke, his children, co-worshippers in the Anglican Diocese and associates in the People’s National Congress.
