I am deeply saddened at the death of Mr. Oscar Clarke CCH, on Wednesday 15th May, 2024.

Mr. Clarke, a longstanding member and former General Secretary of the People’s National Congress, served with distinction as a Member of Parliament, Minister, High Commissioner and City Councilor. He was awarded the Cacique’s Crown of Honour for his distinguished public service in 2015.
