Guyana’s Oil Wealth Must Create Real Opportunities for Young People- APNU

On behalf of the Institute for Action Against Discrimination, we would like to extend our warmest wishes and heartfelt greetings to everyone celebrating Phagwah/Holi.

Holi, also known as the Festival of Colours, is a joyous occasion that brings people from different communities together to celebrate diversity, love, and equality. As an organization dedicated to eradicating all forms of discrimination, this festival holds great significance for us.
Phagwah/Holi is a beautiful time for us to reflect on the importance of acceptance, understanding, and unity. It reminds us that our differences should be celebrated rather than used as a basis for discrimination. With vibrant colours, laughter, and music, this festival symbolizes the triumph of good over evil, spreading happiness and harmony among all.
May this auspicious occasion bring a renewed sense of compassion, tolerance, and respect for one another. Let us embrace the spirit of Phagwah/Holi and strive to build a world free from discrimination, prejudice, and bias.
May your lives be filled with love, laughter, and limitless joy throughout this colourful festival. On this special occasion, we encourage everyone to join hands, bridge the gaps between communities, and create a society where equality and diversity flourish.
Once again, we wish you and your loved ones a very happy Phagwah/Holi. May the colours of this festival brighten your lives and spread happiness far and wide.
