The Guyanese American Chamber of Commerce (GACC), in conjunction with the Guyana Business Journal (GBJ), will host a forum and reception in South Florida on December 14 entitled ‘Pathways to Guyana’s Economic Prosperity in this Era of Oil and Gas.’

The free forum and reception are to be held at the Miramar Cultural Center (2400 Civic Center Pl, Miramar) starting at 4 pm. The conference will feature two panel discussions with leading Guyanese and others drawn from various sectors of economic activity. They will share their perspectives on developing the country’s economy for the benefit of all its people, especially now that significant revenues are generated from its emerging oil and gas sector. Participants in the event will be allowed to discuss their perspectives with the panelists.
