ACDA has been tasked with the responsibility of organising the UNIA related events in Guyana. However, in order to make it truly participatory we shall be collaborating with other organisations in true Garvey style. The flyer speaks of a discussion at the African Heritage Museum, on Barima Avenue, in Bel Air at 5 pm Thursday October 23 and a symposium at the Tipperary Hall in Buxton at 7 pm Friday October 24. There is another gathering at 10 am on Thursday October 23 at the Akwaaba Centre (ACDA) 9 Thomas Roads, Thomas Lands. It would be appreciated if persons involved in Early Childhood Education be in the audience and participate in the ensuing discussion at these planned sessions.

The Buxton Programme would be live streamed by KAMS TV on Facebook and YouTube

Panelists at the Symposium are Prof. Steven Golding Chairman of United Negro Improvement Association -Jamaica,  and Ras Tom Dalgety of the Pan African Movement of Guyana
Copies of DADDY MARCUS NURSERY RHYMES shall be available for sale at each event.

Please find the link to a pre-event interview (Stream Yard), pay attention from 1 hr 5 mins. Also, the flyer for the events can be observed.
