Cashew-Chicken Kebabs

 

Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ red pepper, chopped
  • ½ yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups Farine
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

Steps

  •  Step 1

Combine each ingredient one at a time, except water. Mix well.

  •  Step 2

Add water slowly until the mixture becomes wet enough to clump together.

  •  Step 3

Stir into a 8×8 square glass dish. Set for 30 minutes (no cooking required).
