Relatives of a retired Agricultural Officer from the village of Kamarang in Region Seven are mourning his loss after his body floated up in the nearby river on Sunday, days after he left his home for a neighbouring village in a small boat.

Reports are that Elford Williams was celebrating his son’s recent achievement in the military. The elderly man was seen consuming alcohol on Thursday.
