The (re)appointment of a one time CEO of the water utility company is not a progressive step for the company. Is the administration rehashing pre-2015 appointments for some positions?
I agree and support the reverting of the curfew period to 18 00 to 06 00 H daily effective September 1. Now that is a step worthy of my support
